About Us

Vatsalya Mother & Child Care Hospital, a unit of Manomay Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Bhosari, Pune. It was started in 2010. The project began with a 15 bedded Children’s hospital. The hospital successfully expanded to its present set up in the year 2015. It is, now a 65 bedded hospital, specializing in taking care of children and their mothers.

At the hospital, we have all pediatric super specialists, ultramodern operation theatres, labour rooms, 20 beds’ dedicated NICU, and 8 beds for PICU.

Ours is the only hospital in the vicinity that is well equipped to take care of the critical neonates and pediatric patients, all pediatric super speciality OPDs. We also provide superior quality maternity services; including high-risk pregnancy.

In view of bridging the lack of any complete multidisciplinary centre – where children with special needs could be taken care of, we started our very own ‘Child Development Center’ in the same premises.

Our aim is to create single point access, taking care of overall psychological, developmental, emotional and behavioural wellbeing of children. We work towards assessment, intervention and rehabilitation of all developmental issues of children. We focus on a family-centric approach. The aim is early detection of children with special needs and involving parents to develop unique plans for their child and help them in reaching to their fullest potential.

Formal assessment is done on standardized tools by experts to arrive at a diagnosis. Then the multidisciplinary team is involved to help parents formulate and execute plans for the rehabilitation of their child.

In addition to the NICU facility, we run high-risk OPD for NICU graduates. This includes ROP, hearing assessment and keeping track of babies’ development. Early stimulation of these children through an expert team is done at each visit, and parents are involved to continue the same exercises at home.

Our goal is to become mentors and partners to train parents and health care professionals to take care of special children in the manner they deserve. We are on a mission to make India a country where no child is truly left behind in terms of medical aid.
